The Higher Self talks about the nature of...the Higher Self

This excerpt is from an extremely interesting session, where a great deal of information about the nature of the Higher Self was provided by... the Higher Self itself.

When the hypnosis began, X. saw a scene from her childhood but realized that she did not feel like she was little X. It felt more like she was watching the scene as an observer.
This excerpt is also a great example of how much information one can access if they just trust and say the first thing that comes to mind, without censoring and trying to make sense of it, just going with the flow.

Higher Self (HS): No, it's like I'm air. I feel like I am air. I hear everything, but I'm watching it. I'm not experiencing it, I'm watching it. [...]

Elina (E): So how do you feel, how do you perceive yourself? You said as air, do you perceive something else about yourself?

HS: Uh, that I go through the buildings. Through the wall...About myself? I come from somewhere else and it's... [...]

E: And you said you came from somewhere else?

HS: Yes.

E: So where did you come from?

HS: From the place of the winds.

E: Tell me about it, it sounds very interesting..... Tell me, what is the place of the winds? Can you describe it?

HS: They are spirits that can travel through time and space. And...this is a walk I took through time. And I saw this scene.

E: And let me ask you something. Do these spirits have a form? What do they look like, how would you describe them?

HS: Transparent, a little... light blue. It's just a face with a tail, ending in something thin, a narrow, airy face ending in something very thin. And it moves very easily. It is flexible too.

E: And this face, does it have any characteristics?

HS: Yeah, eyes and... Eyes and mouth.

E: And what do those eyes look like?

HS: Big. Very big, like fake ones. Like a cartoon.

E: And what does the mouth look like?

HS: Small. Closed.

E: So you're one of those spirits.

HS: Yes.

E: And you say it was a journey, a walk through time.

HS: Yes.

E: Tell me more about that. What does that mean? How did you get there?

HS: That's where I always am. That's where I'll always be. It's my home there.

E: Your home is there, with the spirits?

HS: With the spirits, yes.

E: And what do you do there?

HS: We come down for a while wherever we want, down to earth, down... We go down, we move, we go up, we go down, we go to the Sun from the Earth. If we want, we experience for a little while something, we go back, we take our place again. We don't talk to each other, because we don't communicate with words.

E: How do you communicate?

HS: Through feelings, by feeling. We understand each other without talking. But whenever we want, we go on a journey... And we come back again.

E Why do you want to travel?

HS: To not get bored. To gain experience. To be happy. To gather feelings, experiences. To have fun, to pass the time.

E: And why is it important to gather experiences?

HS: Everyone is gathering experiences. It's like... When you gather experiences you become greater, more solid. And that's what we're doing. That's what we do.

E: Gathering experiences?

HS: Gathering experiences.

E: And that's what you'll always do?

HS: And that's what we're always going to do until this whole transparency of our body becomes solid.

E: And then it will no longer be transparent, that is?  Or will it remain so?

HS: When it has gathered many experiences and it's no longer transparent and is colored, then we can finally stay there to rest. 

E: What about your own body? Is it transparent?

HS: It is transparent.

E: Are there different levels and shades of transparency, so to speak?  Are there parts that are more transparent than others? Can you tell the difference?

HS: Transparency-wise, no. It's like it gets filled up from the top. I mean, one (spirit) is just a bit green-blue, another is a bit more.

E: So the transparency gets filled from the top until it's all filled up?

HS: Yeah, yeah, until it is filled up.

E: And you said that you are transparent?

HS: Yes, I am transparent.

E: OK. So does that mean you have to gather many experiences?

HS: Many experiences, yes.

E: And these colors, when the body stops being transparent and takes on different colors, do they have any significance, do they mean anything?

HS: It has to do with escalation, with ranks.

E: Tell me more about that.

HS: It's a meritocratic group, there is room for everybody and everybody has their position, depending on their experiences.

E: And you can tell from the colors? The position someone has...

HS: I don't know that yet. I don't know, but I think the dark and warm colors are higher up in the hierarchy than the blueish, the yellowish, the whites, and such.

E: And those who are higher up in the hierarchy, so what do they do, what are they doing differently than the others who are lower down?

HS: They monitor, they advise, they inspect. And they wait for them (the spirits) to come back.

E: What is it that they inspect?

HS: How they (the spirits) gather the experiences, whether the spirit is safe, when we go down and wander, wherever we go, It's kind of like a family, like a group.

E: And you said whether the spirit is safe... 

HS: Yes, it might get lost.

E: Oh...it might get lost and not find a way back?

HS: And not find the way back. Or it might be fooled.

E: Fooled by what?

HS: By something else and it might get trapped there.

E: When you say something else, what do you mean?

HS: By a human life, by a shift in time, when they can no longer return and get trapped in a certain timeframe, whereas after the time has passed they can no longer return, by being in another universe, being very close to the sun and get burnt. There are such fears.

E: And in what way do those in the highest ranks see to the safety of the traveling spirits? How do they take care of that?

HS: They're teaching them these things gradually. At first, they (the spirits) set off as transparent, very white, they start out being white, their outline, and then it changes a little bit and then they start to fill up. And as the years go by, their color becomes darker, the color with which they've filled up. So in the beginning, after they've been taught some information, they leave, they stay away a little bit longer and then come back. And then they go away again and again because as the pure - the white -  becomes a bit blue, it's easier for them to travel and see more things. But then they have to come back and then leave again for longer each time, wherever they want. They can go wherever they want. And they are watched over from above, they have no sex, neither female nor male, no arms no legs. And they are watched over to see what they will gather and what they will do. Everything that's going on around them is being watched... Sometimes they even get inside a person, an animal, or an object.

E: These spirits?

HS: Yes.

E: And what do they do when they enter another body?

HS: They see...they try to collect the emotion.

E: And does the person or animal, into whom this spirit enters, perceive that such a spirit has entered their body?

HS: No.

E: No... So these spirits can go into any body they want?

HS: Yes.

E: To get the feeling...

HS: Yes.

E: But... Do they bother the person or the animal in any way?

HS: No. These spirits are really good. Sometimes they might try to help in some way with some situations. But they do not interfere, not at all. They just go in to bring that air, to make it light, to give that air to the person who feels it.

E: So they can help.

HS: Yes.

E: But to get into someone's body, do they somehow ask permission to do that? Or can they enter just like that?

HS: They know when they can enter. If they can't get in, it means they can't, uh... uh... it's not possible. They don't... there is no communication hole. This person does not give permission. The person is completely closed off.

E: So by which part of this person is the spirit granted permission to enter the body?
HS: It's somewhere in the back of the neck, where the shoulders meet the neck. That's where we enter from.
E: So essentially, when the spirit can enter from there, does that mean that the person has somehow given permission?
HS: Yes. Yes, yes. It's like they've allowed it, yes.

E: I guess not on a conscious level?
HS: Yes.

E: But? On what level?

HS: It's on an energy level.

E: Very, very nice. So the soul has actually agreed to the spirit coming into the body.
HS: Yes, yes. The soul doesn't mind that thing. (The body) is the vehicle, it's the furniture of the soul. The soul doesn't mind. It can come in. Yes, it can sit, maybe it can accompany it for a while. Soothe them if something feels to them...

E: Too heavy...?

HS: Yes, very heavy... Not just heavy, not only with bad things but also with pleasant things.

E: Oh, how is that?

HS: The air that it (the spirit) brings serves as a reminder, that it's only for a little while, it's earthly... Don't forget that, because very soon everything will be different again.

Everything is changing. Nothing stays the same.
E: So one should not invest in something too much even if they think it's really good?

AE: Yes, whether it's positive or negative. It's all temporary. It's that wind quality, that it's all temporary.
E: That's very, very important.
HS: Yes.
E: And very interesting.
HS: Yes.

E: And the person somehow perceives this... All that the spirit gives them, this information, in what way do they perceive it?

HS: Through their soul perhaps. Maybe through communication, maybe through the soul. The spirit communicates with the soul. And it brings the air, and it brings that message not to get stuck. It blows this message, it's like giving it an airy existence, that the soul does not get stuck. Then the soul transfers this to the person.
E: And the soul, how does it transfer this to the person?

HS: Through emotions.

E: So emotions also play this role, they communicate with the soul?

HS: Yes. And this air whirlwind that passes through communicates with the soul, and the soul gives it the emotions that it has felt from this experience, the earthly one, with the human. All this has to do with what happens on earth, what happens to people, when they (the spirits) enter people. But they can also see the situations from afar, how everything is done. They can also see the rest of the earth, the wars, and all that. But they can also go to the universe, to the other planets, near the Sun.
Beyond the Sun, in other universes, they can travel everywhere. These are more distant journeys that...and they can get lost over there, it's dangerous there, very dark, so more experience is needed.
E: Very, very nice. So you mentioned that you also took a walk on Earth and ended up [...] (in the scene from her current life).

So tell me more about that. What was that exactly like? Because you are a spirit now, you are that spirit. Why did you end up there?

HS: Because I was once inside X.'s body and I knew what she was feeling, what she was imagining, and I could feel her soul while it was conveying those feelings to me.[...]

E: You said that you entered X's body and became aware of all these feelings. So, were you able to help her in any way? [...]

(The spirit gave her a message that everything would be fine) [...]

E: And did X. understand that message?

HS: Yes.

E: And those bad feelings she had, fear, worry, and all those things you said before...

HS: It's softer. And she has the courage and fresh air to move on.

E: Was that the only time you entered X's body?

HS: No.

E: Tell me about it.

HS: I was watching her; she was a very interesting girl.

E: What was it that made her so interesting?

HS: She was very stubborn and had much strength. But she was also a good, obedient, good kid.

And with everything she had been through [...] I wanted to see her development and I was watching her.

E: So, you say she was a very interesting girl and you were watching her.

HS: Yes. Her willpower was strong.

E: Up until when... up to what point in her life were you watching her or was it throughout her life?

HS: Throughout her life.
E: So, you stood by her side throughout her human life as X., you were there by her side, as a spirit, and you watched her development?

HS: Yes, until now. Her color was different when she was younger, different when she grew up, then different again when she got married, and now she's brighter, lighter.

E: Can you tell me about those colors, what were they and what did they mean? What color was she when she was young?

HS: When she was little, she had a lot of black and gray.

E: And what did that mean?

HS: Very stubborn and very grounded... Then she changed growing up and became... green.

E: And what did that mean?

HS: Soft and strong. Then when she got married and had kids, she became a little transparent. She became softer, transparent. And more beige.

E: And what did that mean?

HS: Vulnerable.
E: And now?

HS: Now her color is ... Orange, lilac, something like that; it's a pastel color.

E: And what does that mean?

HS: She is becoming colorful again, getting stronger, getting thicker.

E: Like you, spirits, then? Like you get filled with color and stop being transparent?

HS: Yes... the spirits fill up from the top to the bottom, slowly, with the experiences they have gathered from people.

E: Whereas X.?

HS: X. is always X., whole. At every stage of her life, she's a different color.

E: And that color, I mean, where exactly do you see it? Because X obviously doesn't see it. The people around her don't see it. Where is this color?
